What do I need to give you?
We will need descriptions of your company, products, and services. If you currently have company brochures or catalogues you can give us those. Otherwise, we can assist you with suggestions for content on your web site. We will need copies of your company logo and company pictures that you want to use. We can help you obtain artwork if necessary.
What can I expect?
TCOM's goal is to make this as easy as possible for you. We will be helping you through each step. The first thing you will need to do is pick a domain name. We will perform searches for you to determine if your choice is available and can even suggest alternatives. Our graphics design department will be happy to assist you in color and artwork choices. We then load this information into your site, allow you to proofread it, and then launch it onto the Internet.
Will this increase my sales?
TCOM does not guarantee that you will notice an increase in sales. We will assist you by providing you with a professional web site and registering your site with the search engines. However, advertising will still be your key to success. Your domain name should be used on all company materials, such as business cards, brochures, catalogues, and advertising campaigns.
How will I know if anyone is looking at my site?
We will provide you with a monthly report of your site activity. This report will show how many people visited your site, where they came from (another Web site that linked them to your site? a search engine?), what pages they browsed, and any orders that have been placed.
